Lizard Man, Erik Sprague transformed himself into a contemporary side-show freak by tattooing his entire body with reptilian scales, filing his front teeth into snake-like fangs and implanting devices in his brow to create horned ridges resembling those of an iguana. He performs as a solo act and with traveling side-shows.
